Life Calling Summary Statement

Preaching is a God given method that we use concerning a particular subject of current concern.  Its also aligned with changing or affirming the behavior of the congregation in a way that leads them to the reality of their relationship with the Father which points them towards heaven. Ultimately we seek to convert the congregation or bring them back to their previous faith through a recounting of the Good News.  We must take God’s great message of salvation to others so they can respond to the Good News. We cannot just preach without the intimacy of our relationship in worship. We must demonstrate our relationship through our rejoicing; but more importantly through our life style and service to others.

Who We Are

Our history in addition to our spiritual services has offered community programs ranging from health, diet, exercise to proper cooking.  We are an active church acclimated to community development with a primary focus on the Body, the Mind and the Soul for over 23 years.  Yes, our number one commission is to deliver the Word of God in strength and power.

However, we have learned that innovation has been the key to our success in building trust between church and community particularly with our neighborhood youth.  We understand relationship; and the God given power that we have starts with gentleness and meekness. This is how the community has been reached in the past and will continue to be reached in our future.

FNLBC has been dedicated to the task of creating a purpose driven, collaboration of believers with a singular purpose of eliminating historic poverty and dependency inducing systems, through the development of self sustaining community faith-based activities and movements.  We seek to revitalize, unify and empower our community through the services that we provide as Kingdom Builders.
